When putting on and off gemstone bracelets, "roll" them on instead of stretching to avoid putting stress on the elastic. This will keep the high quality elastic in better condition for a longer time.
Use a flexible measuring tape or string and wrap around smallest part of wrist. If using a string mark off where the wrist size is and measure up to a ruler. Add 1/2 inch for a tight fit or add 1 inch for a loose fit. Refer to photos for visual aid. :)
